A new type of leadership is being called for in corporations, businesses, non-profit
organizations, associations, schools, communities and families. This style of leadership generates fresh thinking and creates shared commitment to solving critical challenges in sustainable, inclusive ways.
We call this Participatory Leadership.
This kind of leader can skillfully call important conversations and connect different
perspectives to address our complex challenges and to grow into our creative possibilities. He or she knows how to create opportunities where the essential knowledge present in even a large group can be shared in a short period of time.
The three-day Art of Hosting and Harvesting Meaningful Conversations creates a rich learning environment in which you will:
- explore and practice methods for activating collective intelligence and host
meaningful conversations whether it be with 3 or 1000 people, - harvest what emerges into essential action steps,
- understand the theory behind participatory leadership methods
- learn tools for project creation
- practice many of the methods you can use after the training such as the Circle, Open Space, World Café, Appreciative Inquiry, and Pro-Action Café.
The training is designed for: Leaders, managers, consultants, facilitators, teachers, group leaders, parents, social innovators, young, emerging leaders, and anyone who is attracted to the call!
